HEALING the EMOTIONS

When we are in a state of Unity, we allow ourselves to see and speak the Truth..

What is Truth? What makes it so challenging to confront certain truths of ourselves, our experiences, or our Universe?

Many of us develop the strategy to hide when we are small. It may keep us safe from danger, protect us from an adult’s rage or punishment, or secure a loving attachment that we need to thrive. As adults, when we continue to hide our essential selves, we cut ourselves off from the beautiful gift of freedom. Truth does set us free- free from guilt, shame, resentment, and regret.

This healing will support the strength in us that already aligns with Truth, and will help us discover and compassionately hold the places that are still in hiding and denial, that cause us dis-ease and discomfort in ourselves and in our relationships.

Unity and Integrity are created when we align ourselves with Truth. This does not mean that the truth is always easy or does not make us confront the darkness of the world and in ourselves. Truth means simply that we can be with, and accept WHAT IS, not having to hide or deny anything.
