The lymphatic system is a network of tissues, vessels and organs that work together to move a colorless, watery fluid called lymph back into your circulatory system (your bloodstream). The most important Lymphoid Organs are the Lymph Nodes, Tonsils, Thymus Gland and the Spleen. The liquid that flows in the Lymphatic System is called Lymph and is very similar to plasma. The Lymphatic vessels are following the veins in the body and there’s exchange of liquids between the Lymphatic System and the Circulatory System. The Lymphatic System is related to the emotions. A healthy emotional movement will always help to have a healthy Lymphatic System and thus a healthy immune relationship with the environment.
