The Lymphatic System Healing
Time & Location
About the Event
The lymphatic system is a network of tissues, vessels and organs that work together to move a colorless, watery fluid called lymph back into your circulatory system (your bloodstream). Some 20 liters of plasma flow through your body's arteries and smaller arteriole blood vessels and capillaries every day.
The liquid moves with the pressure that the muscles of the body produces with movement.
The most important Lymphoid Organs are the Lymph Nodes, Tonsils, Thymus Gland and the Spleen. The liquid that flows in the Lymphatic System is called Lymph and is very similar to plasma. The Lymphatic vessels are following the veins in the body and there’s exchange of liquids between the Lymphatic System and the Circulatory System. The Lymphatic System is related to the emotions. A healthy emotional movement will always help to have a healthy Lymphatic System and thus a healthy immune relationship with the environment. Physical activity and emotional and energetic movement will encourage your Lymphatic System to take care of all the waste kept in your body. The Lymphatic System helps to process and let go of all the things that are not serving us anymore. With movement we cleanse and we recycle. Flowing with renewed Lymph and blood.
