INTEGRATION AND ORIENTATION

Change is incomplete until it has been integrated.
 
Experiences that are not consolidated can remain fragmented, repeating without resolution. Clarity, direction, and coherence arise when truth, power, forgiveness, and meaning are allowed to settle into the body and field.
 
This work supports orientation after change, helping what has shifted become usable, embodied, and aligned with forward movement.
 
Appropriate when readiness for direction, integration, and next steps is present.
